Oh the news is all over the forums, the Dreamweaver profession is on the PTS for dimensioneers to test. While everyone else was oohing and ahhing over the amazing sights associated with dreamweaving, I braved Silverwood’s Instant adventures alone to discover if the expected Fae Yule dimension items were on the vendor.
I slogged through the Fae Yule Instant Adventures, along with my trusty corgi friends, and was rewarded by the appearance of Eli Wyllyce at the Fae Yule village outside Sanctum. He is carrying the goodies we can expect on the live shards after the patch tomorrow.
I hesitate to mention the cost of the dimension items, as Trion have changed costs so many times in the transition from PTS to live. So far, it looks as if prices have not changed for last year’s items and new items, introduced this year, are comparable in cost.
My personal favourites, the red, blue, magenta and violet gift boxes, are 50 snowflakes each. The long string of lights are 50 snowflakes while the string and short string of lights are 35 and 15 snowflakes respectively.
One item I haven’t seen before is the holiday satyr snowman. At 500 snowflakes a pop, he’s twice as expensive as Frosty but a lot hornier. Snowy standing torches are a new addition to our winter themed items and are also 50 snowflakes to purchase. This holiday’s addition to the dining table is the Fae Yule Wassil Bowl, once again, a reasonable 50 snowflakes.
If these prices carry to live, we’ll be happy dimensioneers, especially with news of dreamweaving hitting the PTS. By the looks of the forum postings, everybody with a blog is hitting the PTS to bring the latest and greatest to page. A neat summary of changes so far can be found at Riftgrate.
Tomorrow’s patch will bring happiness and joy as a few of the little hiccups with Fae Yule are fixed so I’ll leave you with this teaser a screenshot of what dreamweaving can achieve.
Yay ty soo much for giving us a sigh of relief early
