Out there in the blog’o’sphere, dimensioneers have been busy working to bring us the information we need to support our hobby. Here’s what I’ve found so far.
Jegethy’s Rift Blog, by Jegethy’s own words, is a RIFT blog dedicated to posting useful guides and information. Jegethy has posted guides to acquiring the free starter dimensions, Sanguine Shore for guardians and Warden’s Point for defiants. While you’re there check out his other Rift guides.
Rift Decorators, run by Starseeker, is a database of dimension items. It currently lists items crafted and from vendors, including notoriety quartermasters and the artifact vendor. The database is slightly inaccurate, as items that were purchased from Metra Kaprico, the special dimensional item vendor in beta, are listed but not available in live. This includes the cherry tree, an item most sorely missed.
Sivrisia has youtubed a guide to building smooth floors and stairs (without the use of the addon Toolbox) in How to Dimensions: Basic floor and stairs.
RiftZam wiki has a list of dimensions and their cost.
Rift Junkies has a starting guide to dimensions. The guide includes helpful hints on how to place, move, rotate and delete dimension items. Once again this was written during the beta and some information, like materials for crafting recipes, is inaccurate. Between the beta and live, Trion changed the raw materials for crafted items, from wood and ores to processed materials like lumber and bars.
If you find any interesting resources for dimensions, share the knowledge and contact thestylishradish.
